Avelo Airlines, a low-cost carrier, is expanding. It will include 13 new routes, including Nassau, Bahamas, Grand Rapids, and Long Island. The move came soon after the airline announced two new routes from Charlotte to Nashville and Daytona Beach beginning in April.
The new one-way fares for flights between Wilmington (ILM) and Dulles (IAD) will start at $39 from June 13 to August 25, 2025. However, you must make your bookings by March 17 to achieve this.
With the recent additions in the number of flights it would operate, Avelo Airlines would now serve 56 cities across 23 states, Puerto Rico, and four international destinations, making travel even more affordable.
The airline's latest move clearly indicates that it is growing rapidly, including new cities and routes within its ambit and offering nonstop, dependable flights to different parts of the country.
Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Avelo Airlines is an American ultra-low-cost airline that operated charter flights earlier as Casino Express Airlines and Xtra Airways. However, it transitioned to scheduled operations and rebranded as Avelo Airlines on April 8, 202. The airline's first scheduled flight under the Avelo name took place on April 28, 2021, from Hollywood Burbank Airport to Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airp021.
