If you don't hit up Snooze for brunch are you really brunching? This place is a total crowd-pleaser serving up breakfast all day. Think fluffy pancakes, epic eggs benedict, and their famous "Pillowtop" pancakes that are basically just fluffy clouds of happiness. 

Denver Biscuit Company 

If you have never had a biscuit the size of your face, you're living. Denver Biscuit Company pushes the boundaries on breakfast with their biscuit sandwiches that slap. Try the "Franklin" with fried chicken and gravy, and you're soaring higher than the Rockies. Just do yourself a favor and snap a pic for the 'Gram before you demolish it!

The vibes are super chill, while the food is nothing but magic. Starting with creative breakfast bowls, they have it all-including a great selection of homemade jams. "Jelly French Toast" won't let you sleep-it's like being hugged sweetly on the plate. In addition, their funky decoration and friendly staff make it simply a must. 

Avanti Food & Beverage 

Picture a food court on steroids, where every vendor inside sells something different-from tacos to gourmet grilled cheese. That would be Avanti! A spot all about variety and good vibes, you can take a drink from the bar and do everything in a wander-and-sample-kind-of-way. Your taste buds will thank you, and it is going to be the perfect backdrop for all of your Instagram posts. 

Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs 

If you are feeling like something a little different, Biker Jim's is your spot. This kooky hot dog joint serves up some gourmet dogs that will blow your mind-from elk to rattlesnake sausage, they have all of the wild options you didn't know you needed. Make sure to load it up with their homemade toppings for an extra flavor punch! 

The Source 

Then, absolutely visit The Source. This old foundry renovated into a food market houses many local vendors. From the deli, get a sandwich; from the bakery, a dessert; and to wash it down, even some craft beer might feel great. Super relaxed, the atmosphere in here allows this to be the perfect place to refuel after your next adventure. 

Mercantile Dining & Provision 

Located inside historic Union Station, Mercantile is the definition of farm-to-table deliciousness. Their menu changes out seasonally, so there is always something fresh and new to try. Ambiance is on point for an intimate dinner with friends or a date night. Be sure to order their in-house-made pasta-a game-changer! 

Linger 

Linger satisfies if you're looking for a view to go along with your dining experience. Set in a former mortuary-yes, you read that right-this spot serves up globally inspired small plates, just for sharing-or not, and we won't judge. And the rooftop patio is seriously one such vibe come sunset. Come have a cocktail and try their creation "Korean BBQ Short Ribs," among others. Your taste buds will be sure to thank you! 

Wolf's Tailor 

If you want something a bit different, then The Wolf's Tailor is the place to go. It has got an open kitchen, and most dishes are prepared on the wood-fired oven; it's all creative dishes with some sort of twist. The menu here combines Italian and Japanese influences, so be ready for a culinary ride that will leave you wanting more. And let me tell you, you want to save room for dessert because their "Black Sesame Ice Cream" is to die for!
